Your range delivered to licensed pharmacies on our own vehicles, on fixed routes, with proof of delivery for every invoice.
Orders taken by our reps are invoiced, picked and loaded the same way every day. Each delivery run is planned in our dispatch system, and the driver records the result of every drop on a phone, so we know which invoices were delivered, which were not, and why.
Because deliveries follow the same routes the reps visit, a pharmacy that orders on Monday is served on the next run for that route rather than waiting for a courier.
What the principal sees
Delivered quantities by pharmacy and date, failed deliveries with the reason, and returns collected on the run. These feed straight into the monthly report.
