Warehousing with batch and expiry control
Stock received by batch and expiry, sold first-expiry-first-out, with short-expiry lines flagged months before they become a write-off.
Goods are received against your invoice and booked in by batch number and expiry date. Our system will not let a rep sell from a batch we do not hold, and picking always takes the earliest expiry first.
Each month we list stock that is within your agreed short-expiry window so slow lines can be pushed through promotions or returned in time. Physical counts are taken regularly and the results reconciled against the system.
